Bob Jones Nature Center & Preserve | Southlake, TX

In the spring of 2008, the Bob Jones Nature Center and Preserve opened as a fully functional educational center surrounded by almost 758 acres of Cross Timbers habitat with over 20 miles of hiking trails available on the Nature Center grounds and on or near the Walnut Grove National Recreation Trail.

Tim Shiner now serves on the board of directors for the Bob Jones Nature Center & Preserve.  He and the other members plan to develop a strategic plan to ensure the continued enhancement of programming and development while continuing to educate about the importance of preservation of the ecosystem.

Sanctuary Proposal
